Psych! It's just her and daddy hanging out at home, playing with a toy from Florida that somehow made it home in the diaper bag.
It does demonstrate Lauren's new-found interest in handing things to other people. We're not usually sure what she intends us to do with the things she give us, though she sometimes cries if we take it as a sign to put the item away.
The video is long and a bit mundane. But if you just can't get enough of Lauren, this video is for you.

Thanks for the wonderful videos..Grandma Saundra enjoyed every second of all three...was her eye surgery successful? She is such a beautiful little trooper.
Love...Grandma SK
We're glad you enjoyed the videos. Yes, it looks like it was successful, since she didn't wake up this morning with her eye "gooped shut" like usual. It's a fairly common procedure, and I don't think it's common to have to have it done again.
she is too cute. it's so fun to watch things "click," like handing something to someone else. :)
Here's a little hint (aka unsolicited advice). When Lauren hands you something, say "Oh is it my turn? You are so good at sharing!" Then when you give it back say that it's her turn. And then start finding ways make everything about taking turns and sharing, and you may make it through the twos without that being an issue - especially if you're planning on making Lauren a big sister someday! This is what we did with Sophie and I swear it has worked. She's about the only one of her friends that knows how to share!

Awesome advice! Thanks.
I wonder if that sharing tactic will work with paychecks once she joins the workforce... Big boat and cushy retirement, here we come!
